it takes a little longer than advised but seller always respond, very responsable, product as described, has to adjust the handlebar pole but no big deal (was too tight to bend), the rest very good.
I ordered the M365 for a relative's recreational use at bike courses with smooth surfaces, bumps, undulations and inclines.Took around 5 working days to receive it from Shanghai and the seller was professional and accommodating. However, I was informed twice that the product would arrive sooner than 5 working days - it did not.I scooted with 96% battery to "break it in", used a combination of eco / normal mode at an average speed of 12.7kmph and clocked 29.5km on it (I ended the night with 39% battery). It chews through smooth surfaces and CAN handle the imperfections well enough.There is a slight "squeaking" sound coming from the vertical front bar when I grip the handles. Despite a few attempts to remedy this by tightening bolts, screws and etc, it still creaks.In conclusion, great product and professional seller!

I have received a used, scratched, partially worn motor with no customer service support and unable to return this product. As of now the motor is almost unusable. I would be very careful with this seller if you are overseas especially that you get a broken product like I did then you would need to pay about $700 to ship back for a replacement. And you get no support, they did not care that my motor is not working, they did not offer any replacements
