Communication with the seller was painful and unpleasant during a month. He sent the goods only after 3 weeks. Tracking was impossible. He didn't answer any direct and specific question. The metal frame of the bag came with damage due to poor packaging. I Opened a dispute, waited a week for result - nothing is over. Here goes protection seller's position in the first place.
